How to Change Fonts on Facebook (Posts & Name)

Style Facebook posts, comments and your name with copy-paste fonts — within FB’s rules.

Styling posts and comments

Facebook doesn’t have rich-text formatting for posts, but you can paste Unicode font styles — bold, cursive, aesthetic — into posts and comments to add emphasis or personality. Generate the style, copy it, and paste where you’re typing.

Changing your name font (carefully)

You can paste a styled name into the name field, but Facebook’s “real name” policy may reject unusual characters or flag the change. Use it sparingly, and expect plain-text usernames to be more reliable.

FAQ

Will fancy fonts hurt my Facebook post reach?+

Keep key text plain — heavily styled Unicode can be harder for some readers and tools to process. Use fancy fonts for short accents.
